Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes. This time allows us to delve deeper into your concerns and work towards your goals at your own pace.

Absolutely. Online therapy has proven to be as effective as in-person therapy. I offer you a safe and confidential space, no matter where you are, ensuring you receive the support you need.

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other. We will talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve.
